Dj Mo and Size 8

Over the weekend, award winning gospel mix master, DJ
Mo and his wife Size 8 held a fundraiser that sought to
raise money to cater for Size 8’s mum’s hospital bills.

The event, which took place at the Nairobi Pentecostal
Church (NPC)-Valley Road, saw fans of the celebrity
couple turn out in large numbers.
Secular musicians, such as philanthropic singer Jaguar,
Nameless, Wahu and Elani’s Wambui also graced the
event.

However DJ Mo was not impressed by the low turnout of
gospel singers.

Laying his sentiments on social media, the Cross Over
101 show host revealed that the event helped him
recognize whom his real friends were.

“Some situations happens so that you can know real
friends and fake ones. God thank you Lord and please
delete illerevant people in my life by force and connect
me to the connectors of my destiny. My phonebook will
change from today… ‘show me your friends and I will tell
you who you are or maybr how faryou can go’…” Mo
Said.

Some of the fewgospel singers who attended the event
included , Pitson, Mercy Masika and Alice Kamande.
The fundraiser was meant to raise Kshs 2.5 Million
needed to cover Size 8’s mum’s kidney operation in
India.
